To take advantage of our money-saving packages, customers must sign a 36-month monitoring agreement (24 months in California). Your monthly fees are guaranteed during that time period, so you won’t be hit with surprise pricing changes.
You can certainly get protection at your new location. You should contact us at least 30 days prior to moving so we can waive the early cancellation fees of your existing agreement. We’ll then discuss the protection you want at your new property and schedule an installation.
